Key responsibilities include:
Build and manage a team of A-List Partnering Development Managers with the purpose of growing revenue with Facebook.
Partner with Facebook Sales and Global Vertical Marketing Leads in representing DLX products and solutions to the market
Possess detailed knowledge of both DLX and Facebook products and services and how they can be applied to support marketing objectives.
Custom collateral and asset building: Architect solutions and create proposals to meet client needs and drive results
Own the development of learning agendas and ensure the FB teams are constantly up to speed
Drive sales and seller education within Facebook via formal trainings and meetings
Gather competitive insights and market feedback to prioritize internal development at DLX
Build relationships with all sales and data partnership leads at FB as well as key stakeholders internally at DLX
Map and understand client org: identify key players, decision makers, influencers, etc?
Account Planning: know each sales reps accounts for purpose of prioritizing and driving resources internally to align with demand
Serve as the day-to-day sales contact for FB Sales, Global Marketing, and Data Partnership Managers
Be their offline data targeting & measurement knowledge-base
Cover and attend all FB client facing events
Ensure DLX is represented and our content is pushed at these events by FB themselves
Help recruit and place talent within the DLX and FB orgs
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years sales, sales engineering, or business development experience working with advertising agencies, publishers, or digital media providers (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, PMDs)
Demonstrated track record in the ability to build and grow revenue oriented businesses.
Advanced understanding of the Internet and online advertising techniques
Strong understanding of data-driven targeting practices
Strong understanding of both online and offline measurement tools and solutions
Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to make executive level presentations.
Ability to recruit, and manage within a very dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams.
MBA preferred, BA/BS degree required.
