Job DescriptionThe Partner Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting new partners and helping both new and inactive partners create and implement a marketing plan that produces more referrals to Infusionsoft. This person will work directly with partners to communicate the benefits of our program, identify the top marketing opportunities specific to each partner's business model and then create a step-by-step, actionable plan for the partner to implement. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong flair for marketing, is a highly effective communicator and has the ability to motivate others to take action.
Responsibilities Include:
Recruit new Referral Partners
Develop marketing strategies for Referral Partners
Motivate and persuade Referral Partners to implement their marketing plans
Produce more referrals from Referral Partners
Minimum Qualifications:
A deep understanding and experience in both online and offline marketing
3+ years marketing experience
Ability to think on your feet and quickly identify hot opportunities
Ability to effectively communicate and persuade
Results driven - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
A passion for helping small businesses succeed
Ability to maintain an optimistic, flexible attitude in a very fast-paced environment
Time management skills
Ideal Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of CRM, email marketing, shopping cart systems
Infusionsoft user experience
5+ years sales experience
5+ years marketing experience
Experience with partner channel management
Experience owning / running a small business
Travel
