Partner Management Specialist Intronis Technologies
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Partner Management Specialist will play a critical role on our new Partner Success team. You will be the trusted advisor to our partners, developing programs and tools aimed at helping retention and increased usage. Ensure partners success through constant communication and education on both Intronis? current and future technology. You will be responsible for creating processes for efficient hand offs and developing metrics and analysis that reflect improvements for our partners.
Work with our partners to ensure partner success
Inform our partners of new products, functions/features to help increase renewals and upselling
Maintain a highly interactive relationship with partners to achieve ongoing communications and initiatives
Work with partners and internal departments on contracts, renewals, upgrades/downgrades and cancellation to existing agreements
Proactively manage partner performance and work with appropriate internal resources to establish necessary steps and processes to correct and improve results
Conduct health check on partners to ensure continual success in our partnership and to prevent churn
Communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
Function as partner advocate in terms of issue resolution and product feedback
Ensure partner satisfaction by resolving and responding to partner issues and requests
Perform onboarding activities that include setup of partner account information, integration with partner tools (PSA and RMM) as well as training partners for successful tier 1 technical support and sales-enablement
A Bachelor?s degree with 2 ? 3 years of experience in a client services or professional services role.
Organized and self-motivated with a proven track record in customer support.
Able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
Able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
