The NetMotion Wireless CDW National Partner Manager reports directly to the VP of Sales for North America. This position will be responsible for growing and expanding our strategic approach for CDW Government, CDW Healthcare CDW Commercial in the US. This is a field position, with the majority of time spent on-site at CDW office locations.
Ideal candidates will be based in the Chicago area. This is a remote position working from a home office. Since you will be remotely based, you must be self-motivated and have a driving personality that helps you to understand when you may need to reach out to others as you need support. Ideally, you have worked in a remote/home office previously. Working in a small, start-up company means that you have a lot of freedom in determining your day, but you must be able to consistently align your work to the priorities of your team and the business.
NetMotion Wireless develops software to manage and secure wireless data deployments for organizations with mobile field workers. Our products address the unique challenges introduced by the use of wireless, enabling our customers to maximize their return on investment in workforce automation. Mobility XE, our mobile VPN, maximizes mobile field worker productivity by maintaining and securing their data connections as they move in and out of wireless coverage areas and roam between networks. Day to day activities include driving sales results, communicating and executing marketing programs, field sales office trainings, event participation, and overall development of CDW Government, CDW Healthcare and CDW Commercial
Own current CDW sales forecast and develop new opportunities, working in tandem with NetMotion field sales teams
Manage/cultivate sales and sales management relationships across all CDW business units
Present to customers on behalf of NetMotion and CDW on a regular basis
Engage daily with CDW sales and product marketing organizations across all business units in driving mindshare and awareness
Identify and establish new co-marketing opportunities with the aim of driving lead generation and revenue growth through CDW
Work with Marketing/Operations to maintain and enhance NetMotion?s partner portal and monthly partner newsletter for CDW
Work with the functional groups within NetMotion Wireless (Marketing and Product Management) to maintain and enhance aspects of our national partnership
Able to travel frequently, especially to regional locations in New Jersey, Virginia, Florida and Connecticut
Other duties as assigned
Minimum of 5 years? experience in business development or channel sales/development with an enterprise software company.
Successful track record in establishing and executing with a new resell partnership with CDW
CDW marketing campaign execution and success
Experience working in a start-up, sales driven environment required.
Must have effective presentation and selling skills.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
Outstanding presentation and sales skills
Strong data analytics and decision making abilities
Should have relevant, established contacts in the enterprise software and/or security software areas.
Clearly understand and communicate the company's value proposition
Excellent listening skills, with the ability to identify a customer need.
Exceptional track record of quota and goal achievement
Experience with customer relationship management databases (Salesforce.com preferred)
