In this role, you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day support to the Facebook teams involved with the DLX partnership
Build an A-List team of Partner Managers to successfully accommodate and grow the partnership with Facebook.
Own and improve all processes related to successfully executing with Facebook
Understand our pipeline trends and proactively make recommendations to improve and drive more business
Integration optimization: Identify areas for improvement, scope requirements, and proactively drive these projects
Identify account level trends to guide recommendations for strengthening process, communication, and business decision making.
Drive executional troubleshooting by coordinating the necessary teams and managing priorities based on revenue implications
Manage the campaign life cycle from in-bound lead through post campaign reporting. Ensure that all deliverables are met within established SLAs.
Manage pre-sale workflow including handling RFP/RFI requests to determine feasibility and recommend audience composition and size
Build and maintain opportunities and initiatives in CRM system
Responsible for campaign design and internal resource coordination
Work closely with delivery management team to ensure health of campaigns in-flight, escalating issues as needed
Coordinate post campaign initiatives including delivery of ROI analyses
Be the liaison between internal and external resources, engaging multiple stakeholders and developing relationships on a daily basis

Skills & Qualifications
Deep industry (digital marketing) knowledge. Has both led and executed multi-faceted digital marketing programs.
Excellent problem solving skills especially in marketing and data solutions; agility to diagnose and solve for client problems
Comfort with technology and analytics; ability to understand performance marketing and effectively lead discussions
Strong client relationship skills ? specifically, a proven track record of easily and rapidly building client and agency relationships and strengthening existing relationships to become a sought-out resource to the client
Innovative approach, connecting solutions to client problems to create and close selling opportunities
Demonstrated results orientation: delivery of revenue targets and business growth
Experienced engaging with executive decision makers, strong executive presence and great presentation skills
Strong energy & drive - self-motivated, focused on bottom line, persistent
