What we are looking for:
Xamarin has a large and growing network of consulting partners who build mobile apps using our platform. This is an important channel for us, and we are looking for a partner manager to initiate these partnerships and enable our partners to build a growing and successful mobile practice with Xamarin. You are responsible for recruitment, partner business development, enablement, marketing plans and overall partner support. This quota-carrying position will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and your ability to influence and develop mutually beneficial relationships is vital.
A Day in the Life:
Your job is to work with potential and existing consulting and integration partners across the globe and make sure they have everything they need to be successful on our platform. You will initiate new partnership with companies of all sizes, organize technical kick-off calls for our partners? consulting and development teams, and support our partners? marketing and business development efforts. You might for example help our partners organize customer events focused on mobile development or work on joint customer case studies. You will also work with customers who need development and consulting support to find the right match among our consulting partners, make introductions and ensure that the project runs smoothly.

What you should bring to this role:
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Superb communication skills (written and spoken)
Excellent presentation skills
You understand the consulting and system integrator landscape
Prior experience as a channel or partner manager preferred
Ability to build long-lasting relationships
Social, extroverted personality
Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
You stop at nothing to get the job done, and you find creative solutions to help your partners be successful with Xamarin
