Partner Marketing Analyst Alert Logic
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Alert Logic is a channel-focused organization with a large majority of sales coming from a unique blend of partners. Channels include IaaS / Public Cloud (and their reseller channels) and Managed Service Providers (Managed Hosting and MSSPs). Additionally, a good portion of our business comes from traditional IT resellers and consultants. Two-thirds of the largest managed hosting and cloud service providers in North America have standardized on Alert Logic as their core managed security offering.
The Partner Marketing Analyst role is for a top performer who is creative in his/her approach to building partner strategies and executing programs tailored to the unique needs and business models of our partner ecosystem. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated success in forging productive relationships with partners? marketing and sales professionals and who is focused on delivering qualitative and quantitative results (Marketing ROI). Those with experience developing and executing successful programs for Public Clouds (e.g., Amazon Web Services), Managed Service Providers (e.g., Rackspace), and/or their resellers, will be given preferential consideration.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a marketing strategy for a unique set of partners, which may include Public Cloud providers and/or those providers' systems integrators/resellers
Work with Sales and Product Marketing to create the necessary deliverables to develop customized and repeatable partner programs
Monitor the performance of each partner's program
Elicit feedback from Alert Logic and partner stakeholders to identify and execute ongoing improvements
Identify partner marketing best practices and evolving trends, and be willing to try new approaches to enable Alert Logic partners
Evolve and maintain the Channel Program content on the Alert Logic website
Work closely with Alert Logic sales teams and partners' marketing and sales teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and programs
Collaborate with other functions to identify and create opportunities for partner involvement to achieve sales and business plan objectives
Ensure that the ongoing aspects of the partnership, including (but not limited to) training, event coordination, equipment and MDF requests are executed effectively
Provide ROI analysis of investments and success measurement of programs
Experience developing impactful partner marketing and lead generation programs, preferably in the IT industry
Implemented co-marketing and MDF programs
Cross-functional team leadership experience
2-4 years work experience, preferably in progressive Partner Marketing roles
Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Finance
Experience in cloud, security, compliance and/or managed services
