Position Profile: The Partner Marketing Manager position, working closely with the Director of Marketing, will be responsible for creating and facilitating a variety of marketing programs with key channel partners throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with one of iovation?s key partners, or have experience running marketing or partner programs for a B2B firm.
Job Responsibilities
Create and execute a partner marketing plan to accelerate sales goals for iovation?s risk management services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner marketing activities, including partner website content, sales collateral and presentations, and webinar development.
Ensure that messaging, positioning and branding is consistent across all partners and in compliance with iovation brand guidelines.
Develop joint media plans that generate awareness and momentum within key targeted industries. Own the media format of these programs, along with messaging structure and effectiveness reporting.
Coordinate and execute partner events, which may include conferences, seminars, user groups or internal training events.
Work directly with the Marketing team to support company-wide product launches, campaigns and key events.
Manage the partner-targeted marketing budget, ensuring that projects are both complete, on time and on budget.
Maintain record of iovation partner activities through Salesforce tracking and reporting.
Play a key role on the iovation marketing team, providing input and expertise on various marketing initiatives, efficiencies and reporting.
Coordinate partner marketing activities with members of the sales team, and support their efforts as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience
Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
Can demonstrate extraordinary relationship-building skills.
Vast understanding of B2B marketing.
Background in content strategy and/or marketing programs (in-house or managed through vendors).
Track record of successful program management, including skills to handle multiple projects at once, combined with hands-on execution skills.
Experience working with channel marketing teams at other technology firms.
Background in fraud management or security is a plus.
Excellent communication skills ? written and spoken.
BBA, BA, BS or higher in marketing, communications, business or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing or channel marketing experience, preferably working a rapid-growth technology company.
Great negotiation skills.
