The Partner Marketing Project Manager contributes to the success of the FireEye Partner Program through managing projects that help drive partner sales of FireEye products and solutions, improve partner and field communications and drive net new business. Responsibilities include creating and analyzing various data sources (e.g. Salesforce.com), working directly with partners, maintain and communicate up-to-date program information, assist with organization and execution of partner events, maintain FireEye Partner Portal, partner presence on the corporate website and partner websites. Management of vendors for operational support, program support and creative projects as well as developing relationships with key stakeholders within channel marketing, alliances marketing, field, business and marketing ops are a critical part of this role.
Maintain a spreadsheet of all partners, monitor specific information and data to allow better management of our partner ecosystem, provide analysis on the effectiveness of key campaigns, online and physical marketing events
Work closely with business and marketing operations to continue improvements to support channels lead management and partner sales reporting processes, provide recommendations for process improvements and what steps would be required for successful implementation
Assist the various teams to; include messaging in the partner newsletter, maintain pages on the Partner Portal, maintain all program documents and provide ongoing communications and resources for the partners, field and related teams around program related campaigns, initiatives and benefits.
Assist with 45+ physical partner event in North America, annual Global Partner Conference analysis and planning
Focused project management of key parts of various projects, initiatives, events and offerings. Ownership of key deliverables.
MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (familiar with Pivot tables a bonus)
Keen attention to detail and strong initiative, self-starter
Strong cross team collaborator
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Marketo, Salesforce.com, Word Press experience a plus
Interest in security technology and what makes it tick
Working towards Bachelor's Degree
