Boomi, Inc., the market-leading provider of on-demand integration technology and the creator of AtomSphere, the industry's first-to-market Integration Cloud is seeking an energetic, resourceful Partner Program Administrator to support the Boomi Partner Network program operations. The Boomi Partner Network is a structured three tiered membership framework supporting our portfolio of SaaS ISVs, Consulting/SIs, and PaaS providers that range from referral, reseller to OEM relationships.
Based upon our rapid growth of partners, we are conducting an accelerated search for a Partner Program Administrator to manage the membership program, qualification and acquisition of inbound leads, outbound communications, and partner enablement process.
Essential Job Function
- Manage overall membership and program benefits
- Execute on the defined processes and procedures to enable scalable and sustainable partner program growth
- Qualification, selection and acquisition of inbound partner leads
- Manage partner on-boarding process, including, yet not limited to enablement activities, partner relationship management system, external partner portal administration, intranet content, partner webcasts, partner training and certification
- Support the content, coordination and distribution of internal and external partner communications
- Support Partner Account Managers need to analyze partners annual performance metrics and outcomes in order to nurture the growth and optimize channel revenues
- Limited travel anticipated
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- BA or BS in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years in the software technology industry, with 2 years in partner program or alliance management experience
- Demonstrated success in program and/or relationship management
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability of interacting and presenting to senior level management
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
- Results oriented, customer focused, and able to plan, organize and coordinate the program necessary to achieve successful business results
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
- Business Development experience a plus
- Contract negotiation experience preferred
- Software industry experience, specifically Software-as-a-Service or integration technology experience preferred.
