Partner Program Manager for Add-on Products Infusion Software

Job Description

The unique person to fill this role will have two primary missions: 1) to create and grow a thriving partner program that will ignite an ecosystem of outside developers to build third-party add-on products that integrate with Infusionsoft, and 2) to recruit and support Infusionsoft Certified Developers who develop custom software integrations for our customers. This person will work closely with our API specialist and does not need to have advanced technical skills, but should, at minimum, have a basic understanding of Infusionsoft and its API. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly self-driven and embraces ownership.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide consulting to Add-on Partners on user demand and our product roadmap
Work with our API Specialist to produce and publish helpful resources and training for our Add-on Partners
Work alongside our Customer Marketing Manager to create marketing campaigns for our add-on products
Collaborate with our API Specialist to create a certification program for developers
Develop and manage partner relationships
Create and implement strategies that connect add-on products and Certified Developers with Infusionsoft users
Maintain the Infusionsoft Marketplace
Recruit, onboard and support Infusionsoft Certified Developers

Minimum Qualifications:

Basic understanding of Infusionsoft and its API
Displayed ownership over projects and tasks with the ability to self-manage and produce results
Ability to drive and influence change across teams and departments through effective communication and teamwork
Ability to maintain an optimistic, flexible attitude in a very fast-paced environment

Ideal Qualifications:

Prior experience with launching and growing new programs and products
Familiarity with the marketing automation industry and competitive landscape in relation to product and third-party add-on products
Marketing experience
Proven relationship-building track record
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
