Partner Program Manager Axeda Corporation
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Axeda is looking for a Partner Program Manager to lead the Global Partner Program including program definition, partner portal, marketing programs and tools, and the communications strategy to support overall company goals. This critical role will work extensive with a wide range of ecosystem partners including hardware communication providers, network operators, systems integrators, solution providers, and independent software vendors.
Define the partner program including: partner entitlements, tools, training, channel communications, partner hierarchy, recruitment, channel operations, and compliance review process.
Manage and report on partner programs to determine engagement levels and return on investment.
Manage the Partner pipeline to attract, incent and retain joint prospects including pricing methodologies, incentives, and deal registrations.
Drive and execute a successful Partner database to ensure accurate partner information, compliance and program associations.
Develop and manage Key Performance Indicator reporting to provide deep analysis of partner data to inform Executives and Sales on trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
Act as key contact for partner program planning and budgeting.
Work cohesively with Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Product Management, Sales, and Training to articulate partner plans and monitor/manage to the partner infrastructure and program budget.
Define and build partner readiness, partner development and enablement activities to ensure our partners have the competence needed to complement Axeda solutions and services.
Effectively communicate the overall goals and key messages of the program and can translate that across all tasks for the various team members to ensure a cohesive and effective partner strategy.
Ability to travel approx. Up to 25%
High tech, business-to-business experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence others
Excellent project management and analytic skills; attention to detail
Comfortable working in a cross-functional team including external partners
Proficient in the use of business productivity tools including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
Required Education & Experience:
BA/BS in Business/Marketing or related field
At least 4 years of marketing/sales/alliance management experience
