Opportunity
The Partner Program Manager brings hyper-organized, analytical and product-savvy experience with key responsibilities focused on managing delivery of Healthline Networks? most important partner projects from conception to launch.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and analytical, with exceptional follow-through and excellent understanding of search technology. They should be equally comfortable leading internal or external partner meetings.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary point-of-contact on key partner development projects.
Translate product requirements into actionable functional specifications to drive development (PRD).
Define requirements and create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a variety of stakeholders at different levels within organization.
Manage in a collaborative environment between engineers, QA, and group leaders to provide technical direction for development, design, and deployment activities.
Influence teams through written, interpersonal, and presentation skills; the ability to handle multiple concurrent releases; and demonstrate experience driving for results in a cross-group/team project.
Facilitate and maintain client relationships through regular, pro-active communication, timely follow-through on client requests and coordination of internal resources to meet project needs.
Qualifications
4+ years of Program Management experience with Internet technology products or services in a role requiring detail orientation, organization and follow-through (such as project management)
3+ years of consumer Internet technology experience, ideally with ad-supported products
All-consuming customer focus (whether individual users or advertisers / partners).
Must be incorrigibly passionate when presenting to internal and external audiences.
Superior oral and written communication skills, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage relationships and outstanding project management skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels in the organization
Bachelors degree with a focus on computer information science (CIS) or comparable discipline
