Position:
The Partner Relations Coordinator will serve as the day-to-day contact with a select number of XOS Digital?s
Digital Media Services partner institutions educating them on the importance of protecting and controlling their
media assets, identifying and executing new digital distribution opportunities and coordinating licensing
opportunities.
External Communications:
Coordinator will have constant contact with a variety of XOS Digital partners including colleges, universities,
bowls, conferences and other content rights holders. A professional and positive relationship with conference,
league and school officials is necessary.
Internal Communications:
Coordinator must maintain constant contact with XOS development and management teams including Partner
Relations, Licensing Sales, Production, Communications, Finance, Online Development and Senior
Management. Position will be required to work with these groups to create the best possible products and
partnerships on behalf of the external partners. Position Description

Responsibilities:
Provide partners with superior service and support
Develop and maintain strong partner relationships with variety of constituencies within partners
(universities, conferences, bowls, networks, etc.)
Identify and execute opportunities for partners within the digital space including but not limited to website
management, mobile platforms, original production, digital downloads and Connected TV
Educate partners on protecting, controlling and monetizing media assets including video and photographs
Assist management in the creation and maintenance of financial models and forecasts for new and existing
partnerships
Effectively manage and multi-task partner requests, questions, projects and digital evolution
Facilitate and expedite project approvals from partners while educating on new opportunities for
additional revenue and exposure
Responsible for understanding and communicating company projects, creative services, new technologies,
policies and procedures to partners
Stay well informed of current industry trends and effectively communicate this information to partners
Position Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree (required), Master?s Degree (preferred)
4 - 5 years prior experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
Relative experience in college athletics and/or related field
3-5 years experience in digital media and content distribution platforms (websites, IPTV, mobile
applications, etc.)
Proven ability in account management and in managing client relationships effectively
Strong knowledge of college sports and/or the media landscape
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Superior communication and inter-personal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Access)
Domestic Travel ? Up to 50%
