Visible Technologies is seeking a Partner Solutions Consultant to join our growing Business Development and Partner Channel team. Visible has a significant partner channel including Global Advertising Agencies like WPP, leading market research firms like SymphonyIRI, and integrated marketing solutions companies like ExactTarget.
A client facing role, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical and consultative support to channel sales and to help our partners build and deliver successful solutions that drive revenue using the Visible Intelligence platform.
The Partner Solutions Consultant will support our Director of Agency Channel Sales on channel sales opportunities as well as work with the partner organization to build a thriving partner ecosystem. This is a sales engineer position that requires an understanding of enterprise software application sales, the ability to articulate the functionality and benefits of the Visible Intelligence platform and the ability to define and present solutions that ?bridge the gap? between what the customer wants and what the software ?can do?.
This is a senior pre-sales position and requires credibility in front of C level audiences and previous experience with analytics platforms and digital marketing solutions to optimize multi-channel marketing. Familiarity with social CRM solutions is a plus.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a high quality hands-on Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant. You will evangelize the Visible Intelligence platform and services solutions to primarily marketing and research audiences. You will the Visible Technologies solutions expert during the sales cycle, while performing customized product demonstrations to our partners and prospective partners. You will collaborate with our sales, marketing and services teams to continually improve our demonstrations, including sales scripts, discovery process, best practices, sharing expertise/training and guiding solution development.
Collaborate with Channel Sales in a fast paced sales environment to identify and uncover customer business goals, needs and pains
Demonstrate the value proposition of the Visible solution through tailored product demonstrations
Create strategic and technical sales strategies, presentations and product demonstrations for partners and their enterprise level customers
Lead and manage pilots which include setup, training and strategically guiding the partner/customer through a successful pilot
Provide technical responses to RFPs and RFIs
Become the expert on the competitive landscape
Develop and create customer facing collateral and resources to support your efforts as a Partner Solutions Consultant
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Minimum 5 years experience in a client services, pre-sales, or solution development role
Bachelor?s Degree in Business or Computer Science
Software as a Service or Application Software
Teamwork skills a must, ability to lead and manage resources
Unparalleled relationship building skills with a consultative approach
Solid time management skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and create and manage project plans
Excellent written, verbal and diplomacy skills and laser focus on detail
A resounding sense of urgency with an uncanny ability to dive right in, with guidance and support, when available
Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills
