As the Partner Solutions Manager for OnRamp, you will help manage important partner relationships that include CRM database providers, DMPs, retargeting providers, CRM agencies, and more. These companies leverage DLX OnRamp services for their clients, and the DLX OnRamp solution is core to their customers? digital marketing strategy. You will also interface with internal teams that drive OnRamps (Auto, Retail, CPG) and the platform teams that execute these programs. Your goal is to drive sales, support partners and internal teams to sell our solutions, and ensure the efficient execution and delivery of OnRamp campaigns including the entry of all pertinent information into SugarCRM, including reporting and measurement.
Support Channel Partners with sales materials, training, expertise, and production support as needed
Partnering with Sales Leads in representing OnRamp solutions.
Owning development of learning agendas and proposals; responding to RFPs.
Possessing detailed knowledge of DLX products and services and how they can be applied to a support a client?s marketing objectives when OnRamp is in the consideration set.
Understanding Channel Partners clients? business and brands in order to develop strategic program recommendations that take into account the specifics of each client?s business.
Collaborating with Product Team to ensure correct use of products and provide marketplace insights for future product development work.
Supporting Client Analytics in development of measurement reports, providing strategic insight into client campaigns.
Providing interface between client and internal resources for campaign execution, management and reporting; working with DLX Delivery Manager to ensure seamless execution.
Partnering with Marketing & Product to publish case studies and white papers.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of data-driven targeting practices of the online and direct marketing industries.
Experience working with CRM solutions providers, digital marketing agencies, analytic providers and other players in the digital advertising ecosystem that help drive data driven digital campaigns that can be measured for impact and ROI
Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to make executive level presentations.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment.
Advanced understanding of the Internet and online advertising techniques.
MBA preferred, BA/BS degree required.
