As the Technical Account Manager, you are the partner solutions manager with responsibility for the success of our largest partnerships. You will be the technical lead on all partner engagements, to help increase revenue, drive new business opportunities, and manage the overall technical aspects of the relationship to build strong, successful, long-term partnerships. Accordingly, this position demands a high degree of technical competency, as well as professional approach to partner engagements.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the success of the technical aspects of a partner?s integration (both new and ongoing) by providing technical guidance and support.
Perform technical partner reviews, evangelize new product features and releases, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
Improve product roadmap offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
Moderate conversations and inquiries made within Kapow?s partner and developer community.
Manage the repository of partner technical solutions which interface with Kapow, including enterprise search, content management systems, cloud/SaaS apps, Business Intelligence, portals, and more.
Assist with building technical demos for partners.
Thrive in a startup environment and be willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Open to possibility of up to 25% travel.
Experience:
BS degree in a technology-related discipline - Computer Science/Engineering is preferred.
5+ years of experience as a project manager, product manager, technical account manager, tech lead or related job function at an Internet/enterprise software company, or consulting organization.
Solid understanding of Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and SQL. Skills in technologies such as .NET, ETL, BI, enterprise search, SaaS/Cloud applications, Content Management Systems, or mobile applications strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple issues and projects while maintaining a high level of detail
Effectively manage and grow existing partner relationships by delivering best of class support.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience in dealing with geographically distributed work teams.
Fluency in Japanese or Spanish a plus, but not required
