THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for Partner Success Associate (PSA) to join our incredibly successful team. PSAs are responsible for the on-going success of our Service Provider partners, as well as general account management.

A successful PSA will have experience managing channel partners, telecommunications, hosted PBX and VoIP experience, as well as a demonstrated ability to improve the customer service experience, satisfaction, and retention. By insuring outstanding service and support to our service providers the Partner Success Associate will be responsible for the overall account management of an assigned base of partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships within assigned partner segment to ensure maximum satisfaction and a successful partnership with CoreDial
Identify and execute business strategy for assigned partner segment
Work cross-functionally to execute on individual account strategies
Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats within account relationship to address needs add add value
Identify, prioritize, and resolve partner issues and concerns, cooordinating with other departments when appropriate
Identify and implement improvements to processes, documents, tools, and reports as needed
Participate on cross-functional teams to discuss accounts and look for trends or commonalities
Ensure the best interests of both partners and CoreDial are fairly and objectively represented
Identify and execute business strategies that contribute to the success of the key metrics of the position: account management; partner success and retention; contract renewals; contractual compliance; and revenue growth
Qualifications / Skills:
Solid understanding of telecommunications industry
Telecommunications or VoIP experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning, organization and communication skills (both verbal and written)
A positive, mature and professional attitude
A proven track record of maintaining significant customer relationships across all levels of management
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills are critical
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong background in business management and acumen
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
Software industry experience preferred
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
