Partner Support Lead - Denver, CO

REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Partner Support
In this position the candidate will manage wholesale and commercial operational relationships with key MegaPath partners. The role will be directly responsible for internally advocating and overall enabling partners to work effectively with operational teams during their post sales experience. Spanning the provision and ongoing maintenance processes, the effective candidate will manage the customer relationship, provide project level support and report operational milestone achievement. The candidate will coordinate multiple, diverse accounts and must be able to effectively work with a variety of resources in diverse geographies to deliver a high quality customer experience. Success in this position requires a demonstrated ability to handle a high level of detail and ability to track and manage projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct responsibility for managing and overall satisfaction of the partner relationship with operations.
Responsible for management of multiple partner accounts to be a primary point of contact for projects, operational review and out of process challenges
Support sales by involvement in customer facing meetings that promote customer service and the relationship with MegaPath Operations, including customer visits
Confer with MegaPath departments across the organization to resolve problems and provide recommendations and guidance
Create and refine reporting of operational Key Performance Indicators to partners
Ensure solution delivery on time, on budget, and business results are on target with customer expectations
Continuous refinement of operational methods and procedures to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction and experience
Provide implementation guidance, product requirements and configuration mentoring to customers
Working with Vendor Management and Operations to target vendor issues and opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
Work with operations to increase efficiencies and decrease operating costs for services rendered
Initiates weekly status meetings (on-site and remote) with the customer to provide reporting and review quality of services delivered and identify any required changes or improvements
Presents status reports to the different MegaPath service departments, executives, and staff
Reviews project results at completion and recommend changes to improve service delivery and project methodology
Identifies add-on opportunities when appropriate
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree preferred
Relevant industry experience; Minimum of 3 years working in sales or operational support organization
3+ yrs project management experience
3+ years with Excel, Access, Brio or other data query tools
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Strong customer relationship management skills
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects at one time
Creative mindset with a passion for high quality and problem solving in a time sensitive environment
Effective data analysis skills with the ability to effectively communicate via Microsoft Office-type tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
Must have ability to travel up to 25% of time
Constant use of telephone with or without head set
Constant use of computer including keyboard and mouse
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
General office environment; cubicle; fast paced; can be noisy.
