In addition to our core dating product, we are currently focused on creating the world?s most innovative mobile/tablet dating applications and a new application focused on helping couples discover and buy amazing date experiences.
This is an exciting and important role in the daily operations of HowAboutWe and an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing NYC startup.
We are looking for a smart, energetic Coordinator to help us build and maintain innovative, long-lasting relationships with our partners. Over the last year, we have launched co-branded dating channels with over 30 leading print and digital publishers, including NYMag, Eater, MORE magazine, BlackBook, Someecards, and the San Francisco Chronicle. We are aggressively expanding our publisher partnership network and are also launching new promotional programs for HowAboutWe for Couples.
Lead new partners through the onboarding process, working closely with our product, engineering and marketing teams.
Manage partner relationships and weekly reporting.
Analyze partnership performance and make recommendations to improve value for partners and HowAboutWe.
Support new types of marketing programs with digital partners.
Your skills and qualifications
2 or more years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Partnership Marketing, and/or New Business Development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of excel (so that means Vlookups, !, $, IF statements, etc)
You are comfortable managing multiple projects and workflows
You know the details matter and always review your work
You are a team player
You have strong communication skills and people skills, and enjoy building relationships with clients
You are excited to help build a company that transforms the way people find and sustain love online and offline
You have off-the-charts ambition, are willing to take risks, and are motivated by the fast paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial world
