Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers seeking to buy replacement and accessory parts
- Communicate clearly to determine the parts the customer needs
- Utilize computer and internet skills to locate parts for customers using Partsearch's researching tools
- Convert calls into sales using parts expertise and effective sales tactics
- Provide world-class customer service while resolving customer issues
- Perform other assigned duties as defined and directed by the Supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid work history
- 2-3 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Internet savvy and MUST be familiar with using search engines
- Knowledge of computers, appliances, and home electronics a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish or French a plus
Full Time
- Currently positions are for evenings and weekends.
- Between 30-40 hours/week

- Base pay plus commission pay structure. Base 9.25/hour. With commissions average rep earns between 10-12/hour
- Higher Base pay for Bilingual Spanish and French speakers
- 10-Day Paid Training (Full Time Day Shift Hours required for first 10 Days)
Part Time
- Currently positions are for evenings and weekends.
- Minimum 20 hours/week required
- Vacation/sick time
- Permanent positions
- Opportunities for advancement
- Base pay plus commission pay structure. Base 9.25/hour. With commissions average rep earns between 10-12/hour
