Uber is looking for a Payroll and Benefit Manager to join our rapidly growing Finance and Accounting team in San Francisco. You will be our first internal dedicated payroll and benefit specialist. Full cycle payroll for our organization (multi-state, domestic)
HR benefit management including managing employee inquiries
Workers compensation administration
Insurance vendor communications and negotiations
Be the Uber expert for Paychex (payroll system)
Manage new hires and terminations in system
Year end processing W-2 and W-9
WHAT YOU?LL NEED
BA or BS
Payroll Education (nice to have)
4-6 years of full cycle payroll and benefit experience
Experience with equity administration (nice to have)
Confidence to be the internal payroll and benefit expert
Strong oral and written communication
Passion for Uber
