DescriptionReporting to the Director of Human Resources and supporting approximately 200 employees in high tech manufacturing company located in Norcross. The plant runs 24/7 with two 12 hours shifts.
Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of Payroll
Experience with Ceridian Payroll system
Day to day management of HR needs
Oversee all Employee Relations issues
Manage recruitment process
Serve as liaison on benefits issues
HRIS and Time and Labor system administration
Requirements:
5+ years HR experience
3+ years? experience handling all aspects of Payroll for a small to medium sized company
Experience with Ceridian Payroll system
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Demonstrated Employee Relations experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
Good organization and planning skills
