Job Description
Administers payroll and solves routine payroll problems.
Processes client employee time sheets and checks for accuracy. Clarifies inconsistencies with supervisors.
Verifies sick leave, vacation hours, and overtime by comparing authorization forms to time reports.
Adds and deletes employees from payroll HRIS database.
Processes employment verifications forms.
Insures all location addresses are correct in HRIS system for payroll processing.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Must be able to multi-task and have attention to detail.
Perform accurate data entry both alpha and numeric.
Professional written and oral communication with clients.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately within specific deadlines.
Ability to work with and learn new systems that are implemented.
Ability to multi task, and handle high stress situations with client employees.
Confidentiality is a must.
Required Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of relevant experience. Entry level.
