Description:Position is responsible for executing the PaySafe Business Development strategy and the business relationships in support of that strategy. These relationships include selling, joint selling, partnering and others. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside customers and partners.
Duties:Deliver new revenue through developing and executing the company business development strategy. Develop and manage overall market development strategy and sales plan. Lead Vesta team in structuring strategic and integrated partnerships in designated markets. Identify and analyze strategic alliance and channel opportunities and deliver recommendations to the organization. Leverage alliances and channel opportunities to enhance product strategies and create new revenue opportunities for the Company. Develop proposals, conduct presentations, and represent delivery capabilities throughout the sales and delivery process. Personally drive/close large deals with key customers and partners. Conduct internal pipeline meetings and review with the PaySafe and executive teams. Participate actively in business planning and budgeting process as a key member of the Vesta executive team. Provide account management services when needed. Communicate customer needs and/or requirements to the PaySafe team and work to develop customer solutions.
Qualifications:Extensive experience in driving business development activities Solid background in technology consulting preferred. Total work experience of at least7years. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience selling technology enabled services to the Gaming, Virtual Goods, Financial or Web 2.0 platform operators. Significant hands-on experience in the payments and/or gaming/virtual goods industry required. Experience in developing successful partnerships with a variety of technology providers including System Integrators, Internet providers, Web 2.0 developers etc. Results driven with consistent track record of meeting and exceeding business development goals and objectives. Strategic, precise and analytical with the ability to create market development strategies, develop proposals and sales related presentations. A thoughtful leader who understands the business strategy and priorities of accounts; is pragmatic and comfortable speaking with c-level executives as well as product and engineering teams. Understands the value of building long term relationships; continuous prospecting; multi-level selling; and applying client centered selling techniques ? proven relationship building skills in diverse cultural communities. Driven, success-oriented, flexible team player who can juggle multiple and/or changing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Bachelor?s degree; graduate degree or MBA preferred. Travel as required = 50% plus, may include significant international travel. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills Must be able to work independently and display initiative, self motivation and dedication necessary for timely and successful work completion Must have demonstrated history of impeccable integrity, ethics and fair play. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
