You will be responsible for creating and supporting an incredibly talented workforce and developing a thriving culture that helps build a high growth technology company. Under direction of the SVP Business Operations, you will execute people operations initiatives including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance and development reviews, and oversight of HR administrative service providers. You will manage talent development at Eyeview and collaborate on overall HR strategy. You will be responsible for increasing employee engagement, satisfaction, and competence across the organization. This is a part-time position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and develop Eyeview culture
Administer human resources policies and procedures, including performance and appraisal programs, and onboarding / offboarding
Collect and analyze HR data to make recommendations to management.
Oversee outsourced HR administration
Own internal communications regarding HR policy
Develop internal training programs
Reports to SVP Business Operations
Any combination of education and experience which indicates possession of the knowledge and abilities listed below. An example of acceptable qualifications for this position is completion of bachelor's or master?s degree (preferred) in I/O psychology, SPHR certification, and or 5+ years experience within an HR or People Operations function of a startup.
Thorough knowledge of HR practices
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, advertising, customer relations
Ability to operate in a startup environment
