The Role: Associate, People
As the first Associate joining the team, you'll have a ton of responsibility:
Establish year-round training and educational initiatives for different teams
Source exceptional talent in both technical (product, engineering) and sales realms
Lead or support efforts which improve our recruiting, talent and HR processes
Form and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers at AxialMarket and with strong talent in the marketplace.
Proactively cultivate an environment that welcomes and inspires everyone who walks in the door
Near Term Goals:
Streamline and own the onboarding process for new hires
Review current HR policies and recommend innovative improvements
Research recruiting best practices and help implement a new and improved recruiting and interview process
Successfully source, evaluate and close great candidates
Qualifications:
You love working with people. Period.
Exceptional communicator
Self-directed, motivated, always organized
Demonstrated ability of confidentiality, tact, and discretion
2-4 years in an Recruiting or Talent capacity
Commitment to excel in the fields of Talent, HR, and organizational excellence
