Performance Analyst Kiva Systems

Kiva is seeking a talented and motivated individual to contribute to the Customer
Solutions Team as a Performance Analyst. The Performance Analyst supports the
Strategic Solutions Design function, which includes strategic design projects, reviews of
strategic and non-strategic designs, and solutions improvement activities. This position
will report to the VP of Strategic Solutions Design.
The Performance Analyst will be responsible for:
Helping to develop strategies for new market entry by Kiva and to define Kiva
solutions that suit the targeted markets
Using and refining tools and processes that validate the capabilities of standard
and strategic Kiva solutions
Comparing performance metrics from recently installed Kiva systems with the
assumptions and design parameters that went into the designs
Developing solutions design templates in market sectors where Kiva has or plans
to have a market presence
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
1 to 3 years of work experience
Familiarity with distribution and supply chain operations
Familiarity with automated material handling systems and solutions
BS or MS in engineering, computer science, or a related field
Desire and energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
