DescriptionAdknowledge operates an advertiser network which brings publishers and advertisers together in a single market place.
Advertisers bid on a cost-per-click basis for traffic delivered by publishers.
Publishers deliver traffic to advertisers and are measured on how they help to achieve advertisers? goals.
The Analyst?s role is to make the marketplace more efficient ? to encourage publishers to deliver higher quality traffic and advertisers to bid competitively against each other.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring traffic, trends, building meaningful reports, and identifying problematic areas relating to quality and pricing of traffic:
Performance monitoring: respond to performance anomalies and take corrective action as the economics of the advertiser marketplace causes shifts in quality, pricing and traffic volume.
Fraud Issues: responsible for a thorough analysis on the methodology of any potential fraud submissions through our system, confirmation that it is fraud, and any corrective action that may result.
Pricing Issues: analyze near term data and traffic pricing to adjust market pricing accordingly
Quality Improvements: identify areas of improvement within our pricing mechanisms.
Advertiser Attrition: monitor and research the rate of attrition, offer data and reporting to help offset potential advertiser attrition.

CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
0-2 years experience as a data analyst role in an actuarial or Internet marketplace role, or in technical operations/support.
Strong skills in math, logic and problem solving
Proficient with Excel (pivot tables and graphing), Word and Powerpoint.
Ability to communicate complexities of data in a meaningful, actionable way.
