Currently seeking a Performance Engineer with over three years of experience. Zuberance is looking for an individual who will add an important voice to the team in a positive and collaborative way. Are you someone with the desire to set standards and continue to grow a well-funded start-up organization? If you are highly organized and have exceptional follow-through with the desire to take a methodical, systematic approach to testing, read on.
Our platform is built using as much non-blocking IO as possible to create a robust and responsive system. The asynchronous nature of our platform poses many new testing challenges that we are still figuring out. We need someone to help us simplify these complicated problems.
The Lead QA Engineer at Zuberance will be responsible for: Authoring and executing test plans, documenting test methodology and results, and assisting developers in resolving issues. We expect QA to work closely with developers to identify areas for improvement in automated testing while managing the build and release process.
Requirements:
Experience in a fast-paced environment, with both manual and automated testing
Experience using open source build and testing automation tools such as: Selenium, SoapUI, JMeter, Apache Benchmark
Testing frameworks such as Spec a plus
Experience in building test infrastructures and processes
Experience working with Mac OS X and/or Linux
Software development experience a strong plus
Bachelor?s degree in CS or equivalent
