We need a reliable and organized Technical Operations Director to help us keep our applications and infrastructure in line. You?ll be connected at the hip to our Sr. Director of Engineering in order to develop and maintain intelligent, scalable systems.
Position Overview:
Seeking dynamic individuals for a Performance Manager role
Responsibilities:
Ability to manage a team, including but not limited to productivity, scheduling, best in class representation of AP culture.
Able to act as a liaison between client and Athletes' Performance.
Plans and prepares written performance enhancement programs.
Instructs, motivates, and assists athletes in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals.
Updates training plan and/ or reevaluates athletes as needed to ensure optimal outcome.
Constant communication with athletes/clients to ensure goals are met.
Performs all aspects of position held in a professional manner.
The Performance Specialist will follow established policies and procedures of the company.
Participate in program planning and development. Will design and/or carry out related research.
Maintains professional credentials as required including attending necessary continuing education courses.
Assist in the development of external education series and in-house symposia.
Assist in developing educational content, methodologies, systems, progressions, for the use in athlete training, books, videos, cd's, internet, recordings, etc. (all communications)
Staff Education including but not limited to soft tissue work, active isolative stretching and linear speed.
Responsible for presenting AP methodology through AP education programs
Qualifications:
BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science required (Masters preferred)
Possess at least three to five years of training experience.
Possess at least two to four years proven success in a leadership role.
Experience with financials and P&L.
Possess excellent presentation skills
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Experience, teaching or presenting at conferences preferred
Must be able to work independently and achieve business results
Excellent time management skills
ATC preferred but not required
CSCS
Willing and flexible to travel
