Performance Manager IMN

The IMN Performance Manager is responsible for the development of an assigned regional territory coverage plan that includes existing customers, OEM and direct dealerships. Duties will include a regional book of business, targeting:
Up sell opportunities (follow ups)
Retention strategies to achieve >80%
Introduction of IMN services to the dealership with the IMN territory manager
Responsibilities:
Work with existing clients (both OEM and Direct) on best practices
Review current Loyalty Driver service and suggest enhancements to optimize performance of the newsletter
Work with clients to help them understand reporting; as well as how to best use the data to target and promote dealership objectives (great opportunity to sell follow-ups)
Work with dealerships and prepare an events calendar with goals and metrics to be reviewed monthly
Establish standards for evaluating results of all IMN services
Conduct ongoing measurements, observations and offer best practices to be documented in Salesforce and shared with dealership GMs
Develop or update performance developments / enhancements and create a plan to address performance gaps
Keep Salesforce up-to-date on all activities related to a dealership
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or relevant business experience preferred
CRM Experience (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
Knowledge of the automotive Industry
Ability to work cross functionality and to communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders both internal and external
Excellent time management, performance management and leadership skills
Strong business acumen
Presentation Skills
