We need a reliable and organized Technical Operations Director to help us keep our applications and infrastructure in line. You?ll be connected at the hip to our Sr. Director of Engineering in order to develop and maintain intelligent, scalable systems.
Position Overview:
Athletes? Performance is currently seeking an experienced dynamic Performance Specialist to join the team at our world-class facility in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities:
Provides instruction and guidance to clients on physical conditioning and injury prevention.
Designs, develops, manages, and implements performance enhancement programs.
Designs and coordinates individualized training programs to ensure a safe and expeditious return to training of clients from recovery from injury.
Instructs, motivates, and assists athletes in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals.
Updates training plan and/or reevaluates clients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Assists in developing educational content, methodologies, systems, and progressions, for the use in all types of communication vehicles to used deliver training and instruction
Research and program Development within your area of expertise or as appointed by director.
Deliver education on current rehab or performance-based methods on behalf of Athletes' Performance to both internal and external audiences.
Attends, plans, and/or conducts staff, student and/or community meeting or lectures, and in-services.
Presents at education conferences and promotional events on behalf of Athletes' Performance.
Performs all aspects of position in a professional manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures of the company.
Supervision of subordinate staff as assigned.
Maintains professional credentials as required including attending necessary continuing education courses
Position Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science related field (Masters preferred)
Certifications Required: CSCS, ATC, or DPT
CPR Certified
Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time
