THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This position will provide personalized customer service by building rapport, maintaining consistent and professional communication to ensure satisfaction. Extensive product knowledge and research will be a must to successfully pair the client?s desires with the most fitting luxury product/experience. In a team environment, strong communication will be essential to meet the high expectations of the clientele. Creative solution skills will be required to anticipate and exceed client needs.
The best candidates will possess the following qualifications:
? Strong customer service/ client relations skills
? Excellent phone and written communication
? Proficient with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Chat applications, etc.)
? College degree, preferably a degree in hospitality management or business administration
? Experience interacting with and serving affluent clientele
? Sales and marketing experience
? Knowledge of travel and/or hospitality industry a plus
? Manage base of clientele, acting as a single point of contact for their personal needs.
? Provide guidance to clients, and aid in making decisions.
? Provide sufficient information to team members to ensure all of clients? needs and expectations are met.
? Continual communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
? Distribute prepared marketing materials such as a calendar of events and tour guides.
? Typical concierge duties
? Other duties as assigned/required.
