The Pharmaceutical Enterprise Sales team is responsible for field-based sales of Liaison?s integration and data management services on premise or in the cloud ?B2B and A2A managed data integration and managed MDM services and solutions targeted for large Pharmaceutical industry enterprises.
This Pharmaceutical Enterprise Sales Executive position requires an industry focused and targeted large pharmaceutical enterprise strategic sales approach focusing on soliciting Senior Executives in IT and Business. The Enterprise Pharmaceutical Sales Executive will be responsible for attaining sales quota within a defined Pharmaceutical Industry Strategic Account base including prospecting, selling, account growth and account management activities. We are seeking sales professionals who know and enjoy selling technology, have the aptitude to sell strategically to senior management both in IT and the business.
We are looking for individuals with demonstrated experience in enterprise sales and with knowledge of complex integration and data management challenges within large Pharmaceutical research and manufacturing enterprises. Effective sales pipeline development and management experience is required. Requirements include a minimum of 10 years experience in enterprise sales, a consistent track record of quota achievement, experience with establishing and building relationships with C-level decision-makers, and account management experience.
Responsibilities
Develop territory strategy plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas
Achieve or exceed defined quarterly and annual quota targets
Develop and maintain pipeline equal to 4X quota
Make outbound calls to prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and sell the company?s products and services
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
Travel required as necessary to move prospects through the sales cycle and to network in territory events as part of the territory prospecting plan
Maintain current information about all opportunities in company CRM system
Required Skills
Experience generating new sales targeting Senior Management within large enterprises
Highly motivated to succeed
A minimum of 10 years of proven software and or IT services sales experience, preferably selling software, and services to the business, IT and security constituencies of large enterprises
Knowledge of the data integration, management, and security market
Knowledge of SOA, BPM, BAM, and middleware technologies
Driven, proactive individual who can work with minimal supervision
Excellent sales skills and a proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in working with salesforce.com a plus
