With a Ph.D. or M.D. in molecular biology, neuroscience, pharmacology, genetics, biostatistics, or computational biology, the candidate will be responsible for gene and drug interaction research and documentation for new and existing products. The PGx Scientist will analyze literature, internal clinical research results, and genomic sequence data, conduct retrospective simulation analysis of predictive algorithms and drug interactions, design statistical evaluations and represent results in graphs, tables, and reports. Knowledge of ADME and CNS pharmacology is essential to contribute to the successful transition of products from the discovery to development phase. Research experience in genomics, psychiatry or psychopharmacology, and their association with genetics are required. Exceptional writing and verbal skills with an impeccable attention to detail and completeness of finished products are essential, as is a team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
