Pharmacy Resolution Specialist Cypress Care
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Objective/Purpose
Provide support in a call center environment to Cypress Care clients in a timely fashion while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Utilize headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
? Respond to telephone and email inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
? Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs.
? Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges.
? Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
? Gather information, research/resolve inquiries and log customer calls.
? Maintain accurate patient notes in claims management system and pharmacy processing application on all patient records.
? Accountable for call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedule.
? Stay current on ALL Cypress Care policies, procedures and applications
? Assisting other departments with various data related tasks
? Other tasks as directed by the Company

? High School Diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor?s degree preferred.
? Work experience should include a minimum of 2 years in a customer service position.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
? Ability to work in a very structured environment with a diverse workforce.
? Adaptable to a dynamic, quickly changing telecommunications environment.
? Ability to work well with multiple teams and departments.
? Energetic and self-motivated
? Exceptional communication skills are required, both written and oral.
? Attention to detail and accuracy.
? Work performed in an office environment.
