Pharmacy Services Quality Coordinator Cypress Care

The primary role of the Pharmacy Quality Specialist will be administering quality checks on Pharmacy Services personnel to monitor and evaluate performance. This person will provide quality reports and assist in data analysis. Additionally, this role will generate and create department metric reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participates in design and preparation of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
Maintain all quality records for each employee.
Prepare, update, and maintain all department SOP?s.
Performs call monitoring on inbound and outbound team and provides feedback and trend data to management team.
Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for department staff.
Generate and circulate required reports on Quality with detailed analysis and corrective action planning.
Must meet daily, weekly, and monthly quantitative monitoring productivity goals.
Participate in training department staff on all quality initiatives, process or reporting changes, and quality criteria.
Create and maintain reports both established and ad hoc, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting of department metrics.
Identify and communicate areas of improvements necessary to attain expected targets.
Other tasks as directed by the Company.
Assisting other departments with various data related tasks.
Ability to learn new tasks for other departments in the call center.

High School Diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor?s degree preferred.
Work experience should include a minimum of two-years in an inbound/outbound call center environment.
1 to 2 years of experience in data analytics.
Experience with call monitoring software.
Experience with phone system reporting, i.e., Avaya; Cisco
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with good business judgment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with a diverse group of individuals and multiple levels of management.
Advanced knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools and software
Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
