Background: We are currently accepting resumes from experienced Digital Associates to effectively assist with the operation and maintenance of our iGen equipment, and efficiently produce a high quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations. This is a full-time, 1st shift position. Description: Successful candidates will possess:
- 2+ years experience with iGen
-Basic PC skills
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
-Basic math skills


Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities include:
-Assist the operator with the setup and operation of the digital equipment in an efficient, safe, orderly, and quality conscious manner.
-Monitor machine operation, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure proper operation.
-Perform minor repairs and basic troubleshooting.
-Read and interpret job jackets to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed.
-Sort, assemble, and proof completed work.
-Remove printed material or finished products from machines, wrap products in plastic and stack them on pallets or skids or pack them in boxes.
-Operate auxiliary machines such as collators, pad and tablet making machines, staplers, and paper punching, folding, cutting, and perforating machines.
-Retrieve and put away necessary paper stock.
-Clean rollers; add toner and fluids as required and/or needed.
-Maintain accurate production logs though Monarch, including work volumes and output, materials used, and jobs completed.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
