As our PHP Developer based in Austin, TX, you help us build our internal and customer-facing web applications. You will work in an agile software development environment, enhancing and extending our first class lead generation platform. You will be working closely with senior engineering leaders to design robust, scalable software that meets both the immediate and future needs of our constantly evolving business environment.All Web Leads, Inc. is one of the most successful online lead generation providers to the US Insurance industry. Responsibilities:
Developing the front-end web applications used by our internal reps, customers (insurance agents, carriers, brokers), and consumers looking for insurance
Designing and implementing components for our lead generation web sites
Working closely with our Engineering team to ensure on-time delivery and product quality

Responsibilities:
2+ years? experience in LAMP web development or in ASP.NET/C# web development
Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming and design patterns
Enjoy working within a small, fast-paced team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical peers
Preferred:
Experience with client-side MVC Frameworks and Libraries (Backbone.js, Knockout.js, Modernizr, Ember.js, Underscore.js, etc.)
Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms
Experience building and consuming web services (SOAP, REST, WCF, IIS, XML, JSON)
Experience working on high-volume, transactional web applications
Experience building complex multi-tier applications
