Position Purpose
The PHP Frontend Developer will work with the Mobile Applications team to design and implement mobile web properties.
Â
Key Position Accountabilities and Outcomes:
- Researching, evaluating, designing and writing rich, mobile / desktop compatible websites.
- Works closely with product managers and project managers, QAs, developers to ensure programs meet expectations.
- Ability to execute in Agile based software development methodologyÂ
- Languages: PHP, PERL, Shell scripting.
- Experience with the following web technologies: MYSQL, HTML5, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax.
- Demonstrable experience developing commercially available web sites and web applications; no corporate intranet web programmers please
- Experience developing mobile friendly web sites, with experience handling varieties of mobile browser platforms such as Android, iPhone, and iPad.
- Experience with working with Linux/Ubuntu
- Experience with Rally and Agile development a plus
