At least 3 years PHP development, preferably with a focus on performance and scalability
Significant exposure to MySQL development
User interface and AJAX development would be a plus
Ruby experience would be a plus
Strong familiarity with Apache
Strong familiarity with Linux/UNIXes
iOS/Droid/HTML5/CSS3 a plus
SOLR/Lucene/Enterprise Search a plus
Extra credit for Data Warehousing & Big Data Visualization exposure
Force.com/Heroku platform experience a plus
Sharepoint web parts development a plus
