Summary
The Physician Account Services Representative is responsible for assisting with day to day duties such as completing client and sales requests, resolving and documenting patient sample problems and other duties as assigned by the Physician Services Account Manager.
Description
Assist with preparing sales and client orders.
Answer client services line.
Respond to email and client calls in a timely manner.
Maintain the TNP/QNS log, daily; create and maintain TNP/QNS fax notification filing system.
Create and maintain a filing system for New Account Forms.
Communicate with physician offices to solve sample problems and obtain missing patient information and test orders.
Fax and call physician offices with alert patient values and log on the Critical Value spreadsheet.
Set up requisitions and custom panels; manage the printing and packaging of all requisitions.
Assist shipping with client orders on Auto Ship days (Monday/Tuesday).
Assist billing and shipping operations teams as requested.
Follow up with physician accounts to obtain Process and Handling Contracts.
Log accurate account notes, auto shipments, and client complaints in Salesforce.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3-5 years of client services related experience, in a medical/laboratory setting, strongly preferred.
Excellent data entry, typing, and organizational skills.
Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel, and Outlook (creating documents, using tables, familiar with excel formulas and using Outlook Calendar).
Intermediate/Advanced skills creating forms and manipulating PDF files using Adobe Acrobat.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple disciplines, good team approach, good written and oral communication skills, administrative skills, and above-average computer skills.
Good documentation skills and attention to detail are essential.
Familiarity with medical terminology and acronyms.
Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
Ability to communicate with and influence the Executive Team and build effective relationships across all functions of the business.
