The Physician Services Supervisor is responsible for maintaining rapport with Singulex clients, sales representatives, and internal Singulex departments. This person is also responsible for the oversight of the Physician Services staff members, delegating tasks, and supporting the Physician Services Manager.
Point of contact for sales partners, client doctors, and laboratories.
Establish and maintain client contact; handle client requests, questions, and problems in a manner that improves customer satisfaction and increases profitability for Singulex.
Respond to all client emails and telephone calls in a timely manner.
Liaise with the various Singulex departments as needed to improve productivity and streamline business operations.
Prepare presentation quality reports and analyses as requested / Advanced experience using Salesforce.com (CRM) and able to create and run reports.
Assist billing operation team with questions or problems relating to billing and reimbursement.
Supervise the Physician Services Team.
Fill Sales and Client requested orders.
Support Physician Services Manager by initiating DCO forms, submitting invoices for payment, ensuring that process and handling agreements are reviewed for accuracy before submitting to legal, and assist with monitoring and maintaining workflow exceptions.
Experience with composing SOP?s.
3-5 years of client services-related experience.
Excellent data entry, typing, and organizational skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple disciplines, good team approach, good written and oral communication skills, administrative skills, and above average computer skills.
Good documentation skills and attention to detail are essential.
Supervisor or Lead title in most recent position.
Excellent cross-functional team participation skills.
