Pick-Up Support Analyst Iron Planet

This position requires heavy phone volume, including outbound calls to customers and logistic partners regarding their purchases, and taking inbound calls from customers regard their purchases and resolving issues. Track and report logistical updates, enter all communication into IronPlanet?s customer database, and assist in managing web based customer accounts.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Retrieve and organize buyer info by auction and create pick-up reports for tracking purposes.
Discuss overall pick-up process with seller, including seller requirements and IronPlanet support services.
Proactively reach out to buyer to discuss pick-up process.
Proactively follow up with buyers to determine transport provider.
Proactively follow up with transportation provider to discuss pick-up process.
Handle inbound calls from buyer and/or transportation provider to confirm scheduled pick-up date/time.
Update Pick-Up tracking report.
Assist team leader in resolving issues as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
Entry level position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good phone and people skills.
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office.
Team player with leadership skills.
Spanish is a plus.
Constant use of keyboard and mouse.
No travel and no other physical demands.
