About the Planning Fellow Position:
We are seeking a motivated Planning Fellow to work in the Office of the CTO. The Planning fellow will work directly with the Deputy CTO to identify, discover and understand the technology needs of planning, community leaders, real estate agents, architects and other actors who track local developments under review by city or county councils. This knowledge will be directly translated into a suite of mobile tools. Over the summer, you?ll identify and interview leaders in these groups, create personas, and compile a resource database in California communities for launching future mobile products. You?ll add to your network and get an insider daily view.
Planning Fellow Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in Planning, Architecture, Nonprofit or Community Advocacy educational programs
Strong interviewing and communication skills
Laptop - Linux or Mac
Live in San Francisco Bay Area
