Responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing processes of heat transfer units.
Manage all aspects of manufacturing operations to meet production schedules of heat transfer units.
Responsible for providing overall management and evaluation of all Manufacturing department.
Manage manufacturing department productivity, monitor workload, and ensure that quality standards are achieved and processes are followed.
Establish organizational structure by assigning responsibilities, delegating authority, recruiting, selecting, and providing support in staff development.
Perform annual safety, quality, cost, service, and employee development goal setting.
Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures necessary to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to employee health, safety, environmental, and labor standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Effectively interpret and communicate company policy to Manufacturing personnel.
Effectively address internal and external concerns and complaints.
Participate in corporate strategic planning and budgetary processes.
Create and maintain annual budget for department.
Knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with Customer and Niagara Thermal Products (NTP) standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop, train, and motivate Manufacturing team.
Accountable for all decisions, actions, and directives with respect to job responsibilities.
Provide feedback to direct reports and other team members concerning possible issues or areas for improvement.
Responsible for progressive discipline with regard to attendance, performance, and all aspects of company policy up to and including termination.
Responsible for respective department's overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.

Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience preferred.
10 years of related experience and training required.
Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Excellent team building skills.
Strong mathematical skills required.
Proficient in accurate use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools and proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Management Responsibility: Supervises 75 ? 95 employees.

Among the programs for which the Company has provided heat exchangers and heat transfer systems are the Abrams M1 tank, the Bradley fighting vehicle, the Stryker personnel carrier, the Air Warrior program, various piston-driven aircraft engines and envrionmental control systems for most current generation jet aircraft. Niagara Thermal's products are used to cool a wide range of electronics chassis and have been incorporated on major telecommunications systems for various companies including Lucent Technologies
