Platform Account Manager Crisp Media

Crisp Media is looking to hire a motivated Platform Account Manager who will oversee and support the day to day needs of our Crisp Engage platform user base. Our clients include top publishers, brands, media agencies and creative agencies who leverage our platform to build, manage, and measure Rich Media ads for mobile and tablet devices. The Platform Account Manager will be the primary point of contact supporting our platform clients and will work closely with our Product Development, Sales, Creative Services and Business Development teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service before, during, and after the campaign process, and will be responsible for gathering user feedback in order to drive development of our platform and ad products. The Platform Account Manager will also be involved in client training, education on best practices, as well as the on-boarding process for new clients.
Responsibilities
Manage day to day needs of our platform clients
Coordinate training sessions and obtain client feedback to drive development of platform and product enhancements
Communicate with client base regularly with regard to roadmaps, upcoming initiatives and technology updates
Provide assistance and input specific to best practices as related to clients unique campaign goals and objectives
Requirements
2-4 years experience in an Account Management position
Knowledge of Rich Media and Mobile advertising
Experience working with publisher and agency Ad Ops, Account Management and Creative teams
Excellent communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with proven experience in managing multiple projects in fast paced environment
