Leading operations team supporting and growing cloud and data center-based SaaS company
Driving process, frameworks and diagnostics to optimize and automate operations infrastructure
Manage and drive monitoring solutions and relationships with vendors
Drives platform scaling and growth planning
Works closely with development to design software and hardware solutions optimized for our products
Leadership role hosting mid-to-large scale hosted platform
Ability to be hands-on, personally performing as well as delegating day-to-day operations tasks
Strong knowledge of systems, networking, distributed data/processing and linux
Proven success driving full lifecycle process and automation for hosted runtime platforms
Good working knowledge of Ruby, Engine Yard, AWS and Mongo preferred.
