Platform Analytics is the heart of our network, monitoring key data points across the platform and offering guidance on go forward strategy. You will own and oversee the day to day management of Technorati Media?s network health. You will be monitoring, managing and augmenting optimization strategies around pricing, fill and quality across platforms for the network. This role touches every department across the organization and offers the unique opportunity to help set the groundwork for the future of the business.
You are passionate about numbers, trends and making things work better, smarter, faster. You think creatively as well as analytically and have ideas on how best to drive short and long term positive results for the business. You understand online media and its impact. You are a team player who thrives in a highly charged, entrepreneurial environment and has superior organization and time management skills.
Perform data modeling, data analysis, and development of key performance indicators to augment network settings that improve performance for publishers and advertisers
Monitor, alert and drive network health across all applicable platforms to improve customer satisfaction, insight and results
Identify, develop and present analytical insights and actionable recommendations to cross functional teams
Drive network level initiatives, priorities and integrations that ultimately grow our revenue and business value.
Maintain record/log of initiatives, their current status and next steps.
Develop ad-hoc and recurring reports/dashboards and analytical projects relating to network performance
Experience in online media required with 3-5 years related experience preferably combining advertising operations and analyst roles.
Strong analytical foundation including advance Excel skills (never met a spreadsheet you didn't like)
Must see the story behind the numbers and be able to apply your insights to improve platform operations.
Good verbal and written communication skills; able to present to and influence key stakeholders
Hands on experience with an ad server a plus,
Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize and switch gears at a moments notice
Personable, proactive, client oriented and energized by working in a start-up/fast moving environment.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience overseeing or managing an advertising platform desired.
AppNexus console as well as RTB/Exchange experience strongly preferred.
